Yes, our Dallas Apartment Locator service is completely free to you. Apartment communities pay us a commission for helping you find them. You must select ‘apartment locator’ or ‘locator service’ as how you were referred on the application and list Chad Carter w/DFW Apartment Nerdz on your application and guest card and inform us when you’ve applied. Apartments will not automatically notify or compensate us unless you tell us that you have applied.
We are a pet friendly apartment locator and can you help find apartments that allow all breeds or small breeds. We do not locate second chance apartments and you must have a credit score of at least 560.
