Apartment Rebates

As a huge thank you for listing ‘Chad Carter w/DFW Apartment Nerdz’ on your guest cards and application under the Apartment Locator options of the ‘how you heard of us’ section, I offer rent rebates up to $150. 

This is calculated at 10% of my commission up to $150 as long as the commission is at least $300.

Rent Rebate Terms And Conditions

  • All rebate requests must be submitted online within 21 days of move-in
  • All applicants must list at least ‘DFW Apartment Nerdz’ as the referral source on the rental application and guest cards
  • A minimum lease period of 12 months is required
  • Some communities require pre-registration before touring, you must be registered by us to receive a rebate
  • Only one rebate per lease
  • You are not eligible for a rebate if you have previously lived in the same property under the same management company
  • We must receive a commission on your move. If we don’t get paid, we have nothing to rebate!
  • When we receive compensation from the complex your rebate will be processed. If the property refuses to provide compensation, rebate eligibility will be void
  • Cash Rebates of up to $150 will be paid by check at a rate of 10% of the commission we receive for our services from the apartment community provided our commission is at least $300.
  • Our services are paid from the property’s marketing budget and in no way has any effect on the monthly rental rate
  • Rebates not cashed within 60 days of issue will be voided
  • We will be able to provide you with the expected rebate amount once lease verification occurs. We can provide an estimated amount in advance. Contact us and we will be happy to provide that information
