Home » Apartments That Allow Pit Bulls
Have you been turned away by ‘pet friendly’ apartments in Dallas who won’t allow your Pit Bull? No need to stress, I can help you find Pit Bull friendly apartments in Fort Worth, Dallas, and surrounding areas. Even better, there is no cost to you for using my free DFW apartment locating services.
While there isn’t a huge number of apartments who accept Pit Bulls in the Dallas – Fort Worth area, there are quite a few. Typical rents for apartments who allow Pit Bulls start around $1400 for 1 bedroom apartments and around $1800 for 2 bedroom apartments.
The areas that I commonly see the most apartments who will accept a Pit Bull are in Central Dallas, Richardson, Fort Worth, and Plano. There are also apartments willing to accept Pit Bulls in McKinney, Grapevine, and Denton. No breed restriction apartments in these areas start around $1450 and go up from there.
Some of my favorite apartments who allow Pit Bulls are apartments with private fenced in yards, dog parks, and even dog treats available in the leasing office. Many have special photo contests, community events, and more surrounding your four legged friend.
Pet fees and deposits average around $500. Some lower, some higher. On average pet rent runs $25 and you may be required to complete a pet screening profile.
I can look for Staffordshire friendly apartments in Dallas-Fort Worth up to 60 days from your anticipated move-in date. My pet friendly apartment locating service is free to you. All I ask is that you place “Chad Carter w/DFW Apartment Nerdz” on your rental application and guest card on the ‘How did you hear of us” section and let me know which apartment you select. (The community manager will not tell me) You may need to select apartment locator or locator service from the drop down menu.
I’ll even throw in a rent rebate on top of any apartment move in specials that I can get you. Additionally a few of our partners are now offering longer leases which will lock in your rental rate. This way you get the most bang for your buck when it comes to pet deposits and pet fees (pet fees are non-refundable).
